Searching – Carter’s Just One Year BASEBALL RATTLE Top Priority
Hi, I’m not sure if you can help me, but I’m desperate.
My son is now 4 years old, and when we found out we were having a boy my husband ran out and bought him a baseball rattle by “Just One Year”. It was in his bassinet at the hospital with him, and was one of his favorite toys as a baby.
A year ago we started renting a house in Texas that we thought would be a good temporary home until we found a place to buy. It quickly began crumbling around us and has been a death trap ever since. With our closing on our new home TODAY, we are battling our 6th round of mold in our children’s bedrooms from inner-wall leaks and roof leaks that have gone unrepaired. We’ve had numerous other issues, as well as many other personal belongings lost beyond repair.
Last night, while packing up my son’s closet, we found his rattle on his top shelf, pressed firmly against a massive moldy patch on his wall. It is destroyed. The mold has eaten through the fabric on the rattle, and it’s not washable at all.
My husband is heartbroken and I’m desperate. Our landlady has put the health of us and our children in peril and at this point, there isn’t much I can do about it. But I refuse to allow her to ruin our keepsakes.
Please help me find this rattle for my baby!

Thanks, but that’s actually a different style. The one we are looking for has a white handle, not blue, and has 2 patches with images in them, not an “all star” tag.
