Searching – 80′s LYING DOWN Firmly Stuffed TAN & BLACK GERMAN SHEPHERD with TONGUE Top Priority
I’m looking for an 80′s? lying down firmly stuffed German Shepard that is mostly tan with black on his back. His tongue hung out, and he had plastic nose and eyes.
When I was little my mom got me this (to me then) huge stuffed German Shepard dog from Walmart. I kept him for years. My upbringing sucked, and his back held A LOT of my tears. My mom in moving from Texas to Connecticut lost him.
I cannot find another like him, and I wish I had my original Wolf, but I’ve looked and can’t find him. I just wanna find another. I’m dealing with a load of serious health issues now, and even though I’m almost 30, sometimes I still just need to cry into him ya know?
Anyone who can help…. Well I have no way of paying you back fully, but any help is appreciated.

Searching – Uneeda PUFFALUMP BLOND DOLL PINK JUMPER BONNET TURQUOISE SHIRT Top Priority
I’m looking for a Uneeda plush 14 inch Puffalump style blond hair doll with a soft vinyl face. She has freckles and black eyes. She’s wearing a pink quilted jumper with a turquoise shirt. She has pink and white shoes, and she’s wearing a pink ruffled bonnet.
I have a special needs son. His most precious toy is Ms. Peggy. After years of love and affection her outfit is worn out, and she is about to lose her head. I need another one just like her to repair Ms Peggy.
All help and speed would be appreciated, as we are struggling to keep her together. He doesn’t understand and just wants her better.

Searching – Best Made Toys LARGE Floppy PURPLE DOG with BROWN NOSE Top Priority
Thanks to one of our readers, we now know that this is a Best Made Toys dog.
Rebecca needs the PURPLE version of this dog, but if anyone finds it in another color please let us know.
I’m looking for an iridescent, almost shiny in the light, large purple stuffed dog. He is very floppy and has a big brown nose, but not a big pink tongue sticking out (my mistake). He only has a small black smile. The inside of his ears are white, and he also had a big white spot over one eye and a short tail.
Purple puppy was won by my husband at World’s of Fun in a carnival area. It was wearing a tag, but he was a carnival prize, so I don’t believe he was any known brand. I think that may be why we have been unable to find him for sale on eBay. We also look at garage sales for a duplicate and occasionally on Craigslist.
Purple puppy was given to me by my husband on our first date. After my daughter was born it accompanied her everywhere she went. When she was one month old, they discovered her intestines were malrotated, and she had surgery. Purple puppy was kept in her crib at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She does not remember the surgery, but we have pictures, and purple puppy was given a lot of credit by Taylor for “helping her feel better after surgery.”
When Taylor was 3 1/2 years old, she experienced intense stomach cramps, and we returned to the hospital. Somehow, possibly because of the scar tissue from the first surgery, her spleen had turned over in her abdomen and constricted itself. They removed her spleen. Purple puppy was clenched in my daughter’s arms during the entire hospital stay and during her recovery. She contributes her recovery to purple puppy.
Purple puppy is talked about all the time in our house. He was accidentally left in the Holiday Inn Express in Omaha, NE. I called them 3 days after we returned home, hoping he would turn up in our luggage, and they said they had not found him. I called several more times with no avail. Purple puppy has now been missing for over a year.
I did purchase a similar dog on eBay that was brown. But, he has not replaced purple puppy for her. We continually look for a similar dog on eBay.
Any help to replace my 6 year old daughter’s favorite purple plush dog would be extremely appreciated! Any advice as to any websites that would be a good place to search would also be appreciated!

Searching – Vintage KOREA United Feature Syndicate SNOOPY Without PATCH on TUSH Top Priority
We’re looking for a late 70′s or early 80′s, and possibly even older, firmly stuffed Snoopy. The tag says ©1968 UNITED FEATURE SYNDICATE, INC. PRODUCT OF KOREA REG. NOS. PA219-CA16113 ALL NEW MATERIALS CONTENT:KAPOK SHREDDED CLIPPINGS. It does NOT have the Snoopy patch on the tush. He is between 12 and 13 inches, although he is probably deflated and elongated from wear and his fur is certainly nappy from love.
We’re trying to find a backup for a friend of ours for her little boy. He has a brain tumor and is a precious child. The Snoopy was his Mama’s, but he has taken it over. She says that it is his Snoopy, and not Mama and Daddy, who comforts him when he feels bad or gets a booboo.
With all the doctor and hospital trips this little fellow has to make, it would give his Mama and Daddy a little piece of mind to know they had a backup already in hand.
We found item 250874418408 on eBay that she says is very close, and she’s considering getting it, even though it is not the correct one.

Searching – 80′s AMTOY BROWN MY FIRST BEAR with BIB & PLAID ACCENTS Top Priority
We turned out not to have this bear in stock after all in our store, so I’m hoping we can help Cindy find another one.
I’m looking for an AMTOY American Greetings 1982 BABY SOFT TOUCH brown baby teddy bear. It came with an attached cotton bib with MY FIRST BEAR printed on it, and it had blue, yellow, and white plaid flannel ears, paws, and feet.
The little brown bear was the one that I had given my daughter when she was born. I lost her at three months, and someone had stolen my daughter’s bear. When I saw it online I just had to have it for my other daughters, so they can remember her.
If you find another bear like that one I would appreciate it.

I’m looking for a replacement for my son’s lovey. It’s a beige cat with bean bag feet, brown ears, tail and brown bottom of feet, blue eyes and a pink nose. I bought it at a Children’s Hospital in Boston.
The cat is my son Noah’s lovey. Hes three. Noah has an immune deficiency and is in and out of the hospital a lot. It’s Noah’s only source of comfort. Please help us find his “Meow Meow”.

Searching – BROWN Chenille MONKEY with TAN FACE & EARS Top Priority
I am searching for a brown chenille monkey with a tan velour face and ears. His ears are all tan, front and back. Unfortunately, all information on the tag wore off some time ago.
It is NOT the Koala Baby No. 1415352 monkey, although Amy says that’s as close as she has found to the right monkey.
Momo is my son’s lovey and has enormous sentimental value. My son was born with a severe congenital heart defect and, at 20 months old, has already been through 3 open heart surgeries, 2 cardiac catheterizations, and spent over 5 months of his life in the hospital. His monkey was there through it all.
But we took the monkey out with us running errands in the rain this past weekend and he somehow disappeared. We retraced our steps with no luck. But then someone turned him in to the grocery store where we were shopping on Sunday! (We’re guessing he dropped him in the parking lot).
This scare has convinced us that we need a backup!!

Searching – Animal Adventure Large TAN & WHITE BEAR with RED PLAID BOW Top Priority
I’m looking for a large Animal Adventure light tan 20 inch long teddy bear wearing a large red plaid bow. He has a big white muzzle with a large brown nose, and his feet are white, too, with “toenails” made of thread.
My wife is a chronic pain patient since 1963 when she was in a car accident that killed her husband and almost killed her. She’s had over 20 surgeries over the years and recently developed dementia so badly that she didn’t even know who I was.
The Doctor told me she wouldn’t recover from it, but after months of prayer, God gave her back to me in a miraculous way – one day she just knew who I was and after nearly a year she’s still doing fine. Praise God.
During this time she bonded with a Teddy Bear and he became a member of our family, her sister, me (husband since 1966), and of course her.
Teddy is starting to get older now, and we desperately want a new bear to carry on for him. So any help would be very much appreciated. I contacted Animal Adventure, and they said he was a discontinued item and suggested we post here. They helped as much as they could, but we hope someone might have some left so we can keep our bear forever. Thanks for your help.

Searching – 80′s Commonwealth Toy ORANGE & WHITE JUMBO LOVE MONKEY Top Priority
We have a mailing list of people looking for various Jumbo Love animals.
I’m looking for a 1986 Commonwealth Jumbo Love very large Puffalump style orange and white monkey with the Jumbo Love patch over the heart.
I am trying to locate this monkey for my daughter. Monks was her constant companion throughout her childhood. I unfortunately made a poor choice for my first husband, who was very emotionally and verbally abusive to all of us. Luci (Michelle, sometimes!) was scarred the worst of the three of us.
Monks was her friend, her security, her comfort, her protector. She wore him down to tatters, then tenderly packed him away in a box. The box was misplaced somewhere through the moves, the divorce…..who knows.
Now that she is dealing with her husband’s injuries from fighting in Afghanistan, I thought that it would be a comfort to her to have one again. There is so little that we can do for her, and there is no clear diagnosis of the extent of her husband’s injuries. We can only pray that he is “fixable”.
Sadly our wonderful liberal Democrats are cutting funds, and they may force him out of the Army before he gets treated. Then….who knows what will happen.
Most people don’t understand that funding the military is not about funding war. It is about taking care of the brave men and women – and their families – who sacrifice to protect our freedoms. Without them there would be no Bill of Rights.
Sorry, didn’t mean to get on my soapbox. I appreciate any help you can give me in locating Monks2.

Searching – Large Puffalump COOKIE MONSTER with RED BACKPACK Eats Top Priority
Anne is also looking for this Cookie Monster to use with her students.
I’m looking for a Puffalump Cookie Monster with a back pack. Covered in his characteristic deep blue Puffalump type fabric, this Sesame Street fellow has a huge black mouth and large white eyeballs sticking up on top of his head. This Cookie Monster has soft googly eyes, not the hard plastic eyes he usually has. He even has a tummy button, he’s so well made! He’s about 16″ long and about 12″ wide.
I’m a speech language pathology assistant and current behavior therapy grad student, and have been inspired by Laura Mize who is a speech and language pathologist. I have read her books and watched her DVDs where she has talked about and demonstrated using the Cookie Monster in therapy. I think it would be an awesome addition to my therapy bag of goodies; furthermore, I think that kiddos will recognize Cookie Monster and be excited to see him. I primarily work with birth to 3 kiddos and younger autistic kiddos so I’m always searching and looking for new things to excite and interest them in therapy.

Searching – DanDee PURPLE MICROBEAD DOG with BLUE EARS, NOSE, TAIL & YELLOW EYE PATCH Top Priority
We were able to find this dog for Olivia, but LuLu wants a backup, too.
I need to find a back up DanDee COLLECTOR’S CHOICE Plush Microbead purple dog for my daughter. Olivia brings it with her everywhere.
She really uses it these days for comfort…but we are concerned if she loses it, or if something happens to it. Olivia was diagnosed with cancer in November…this is her website.

How to REPAIR PULL on Crib Pull Toys
One of our readers suggests that crib pull toys that lose the pull can be repaired!
You can open the toy up and repair the pull string using the existing string. I have repaired a few of these. Open it up at the seam, usually in the head portion or where ever the music box is located. Pull out the box and use a tiny flat head screw driver to pry open the box or take the screws out whichever is the case for your animal. Once inside you can usually tell how the string attaches.

Searching – 90′s DanDee KOOL KIDS? BRUNETTE CLOTH DOLL with DENIM SHOES
I’m looking for an approximately 16 inch soft body rag doll. She has brown yarn pony tails with orange scrunchies. Her legs are a very skinny orange velor and end in a denim fabric shoe. She was purchased in the early to mid 90’s in Dundee, Florida, at a Winn Dixie supermarket. Originally she was dressed in an orange t shirt with shorts or a skirt, but she has quite the wardrobe now.
Based on my own research I believe she was part of the Dan Dee line of dolls, perhaps the Kool Kids line, but have not been able to confirm that.
I have a Down’s Syndrome cousin with multiple developmental delays resulting from both the disorder and premature birth, and I was asked if I could find a replacement for this doll.
We have tried similar dolls, and she takes interest for a time, but then it is back to ”Trudi”. Sadly she is holding together well, but not well enough, and due to the development delays communication/ understanding is not a strong point.

Searching – Macy’s First Impressions BROWN & TAN MONKEY with TAN NOSE & PLASTIC EYES Top Priority
I’m looking for a First Impressions monkey from 2007 sold originally at Macy’s. It is not the one with the stitched eyes and nose. It has a nose the same color as its face and plastic shiny eyes.
My husband gave my son his monkey. He has carried it everywhere since he was old enough to grab a hold of it. When his little brother was born he decided to give his monkey to his brother. Now that his Daddy is headed towards a deployment, I’ve caught him on the monitor several times holding monkey in his brother’s room and whispering, “I miss you,” and then gently putting him back in his brother’s room and leaving.
My heart breaks every time, and I would love nothing more than to have another monkey, so that they can each have their own.
If you can help me find another monkey for my sweet, and giving boy I would be so grateful.

Searching – Walmart Huggable Loveable? GRAY & WHITE SHAGGY DOG Top Priority
I have been searching the web all night looking for the exact same gray and white dog my 3 year old daughter has had since she was 12 months. My husband bought Woof sometime late 2006 early 2007 from WalMart (I think the box that he came in said Huggable and Lovable, but I could be wrong) before he deployed.
She has so many animals we thought for sure he was going to land in the closet like the rest, but she proved us wrong and she carries him everywhere she goes. He never leaves her side. “Woof” is a member of our family and he has seen better days.
I have had to stitch him numerous times to try and have him stick around as long as we can. I am scared to wash him as I fear he would not make it. If anyone has seen or knows where I can purchase another “Woof” please let me know.
