Searching – 2007 Blankets and Beyond SKINNY MULTI-COLORED LION

Tara is still looking for this lion. Thanks to one of our Fabulous Finders she now has a backup for her baby, sho loves the blankie version. She does not need another blankie, but does need the lion.

I am desperately searching for a stuffed plush lion made by Blankets & Beyond from Montreal, Canada. I have searched everywhere online to find their website, or address, but have had no luck. Lion is multicolored, is plush, and has skinny arms and legs. He is about 10 inches tall. The lion came as a set with a green and orange plaid fleece receiving blanket, bought from Walmart in the summer of 2007.

The lion has been my 2 year old son’s “security” item since he was 3 months old. I never knew babies could get attached to something so early on, or just HOW attached they could be! But my son will not sleep at all without lion (he cries for hours at a time, finally crashes and then wakes up repeatedly through the night looking for lion, when he would normally go through 12 hours each night) Lion is his absolute “soother” and unfortunately, after almost 2 years of being taken everywhere, Lion is beginning to fall apart.

I would be so grateful to anyone who could help me find another, or who would sell me theirs, if they were willing, or who could pick it up for me if they ever come across this set in the stores.

Searching – Blankets and Beyond BLUE DOG with YELLOW BELLY & POLKA DOTS

Hi, I’m looking for a toy my son used to love, and I need to find another one for him. He is so sad. It is made by Blankets and Beyond, and it said Canada on the tag. It was blue and had a yellow belly with colorful polkadots on it. It came with a blanket, but they are not attached.

He had his doggy since he was born and always has it with him. Unfortunately he went to my in-law’s house and returned without it. Now his doggy is nowhere to be found, and he cries all the time for it. At night he asks for his Woof Woof, and I feel awful.

I just have to find another doggy just like it.

Searching – Blankets and Beyond BROWN FACE White Woolly LAMB

Shawn is still looking for this lamb.

I am looking for a lamb made by Blankets and Beyond, I believe in Canada. We are looking for the lamb, or sheep, only. It doesn’t have to be with the blanket. It has a brown face and hooves, with a white woolly body.

Our daughter used to have the lamb she called Babs. It was her security at bedtime and naptimes. She still looks for Babs when it is time to go to sleep.

I have been looking everywhere when I came across your website. We are very happy with any help you can give us.

Searching – 2007 Blankets Beyond PINK & WHITE RABBIT BLANKIE

THEY’VE FOUND THE ORIGINAL, THANKS TO THEIR POSTERS IN THE AREA. But I’m encouraging them to send the photo and to get a backup.

I’m waiting for her photo, but the parents posted their request for help on this bear blankie, saying they needed the pink rabbit WITH the fur trim.

I’m looking for a bunny that’s pink and white with a yellow bow, made by Blankets and Beyond. We bought it from Walmart in 2007.

My daughter’s name is Dyllan, and she has cancer. She has had this blankie since she was born. Now she is 3 years old and has lost it. She asked if she could go to heaven with it if the time came.

It is very sad. Words can’t explain. I’m having a hard time getting her to sleep and for naps. This is the only thing that she is attached to. She spends a lot of her time in the hospital getting needles and IV’s and scans. Bunny has been with us for so long that now it’s very hard for her to cooperate doing the hospital stuff.

I looked on eBay and have Googled it for the last week, but still nothing. We have posted lost posters around the block … I really need your help. I don’t know what I would do without your site, because it kinda gives us hope that we will have bunny back. I don’t care if it is used. We just need something that looks the exact same.

Please help us !!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOUND – Blankets & Beyond PINK & WHITE DOG BLANKIE with HOT PINK STITCHING Top Priority

I’m looking for a Blankets and Beyond 14 inch square blankie. It has a pink velour dog head and arms with hot pink stitching accents. It has white ears, muzzle, and paws on the corner of the white knit blankie with pink satin piping and a plush pink lining.

My daughter, Grace is 4 years old, and she has Down syndrome. This dog (in our house, her name is Bunny-Dog) was given to Grace by mother before her birth at my baby shower. Grace picked this as her lovey and has been very attached to it now for many years. Our Bunny-Dog is much loved for many reasons and is special to both my daughter and me. If you ever come across one of these, please keep us in mind.

FOUND – Blankets and Beyond SMALL WHITE LAMB with BROWN FEET

I just wanted to let you that an absolutely amazing lady from California gave us a “twin brother” to our lost lamb. My daughter couldn’t be happier. This service you provide is spectacular. I now keep an eye out to see if I can help another family. Thanks for everything, the Gollwitzer family.

We are desperately looking for a replacement for our beloved plush toy lamb. It came as a set with a blanket and a stuffed lamb, from Blankets and Beyond. The lamb is white with brown paws and about 7 inches long.

We received this little lamb as a baby shower gift. My daughter adopted him as her “safety blanket”. She can’t go to sleep unless she has her lambie safely in bed with her. Whenever she needs a little extra soothing, she rubs lambie’s ears as everything becomes right in the world again. Losing our precious lamb has been quite trying.

We have been so careful to always make sure lambie was safe, but somehow he just vanished the other day. All our rescue attempts have failed.

FOUND – Blankets and Beyond TAN & BEIGE DOG ORANGE BLANKIE with BEIGE SPIRAL

Chantelle is happy with the pink version that one of our Fabulous Finders located, but Marie is still looking for this same dog? rabbit? blankie.

My daughter fell in love with an orange security blanket with a tan and beige puppy head in the middle. The blanket itself has a beige spiral on it, with the puppy at the center. It was bought by a friend at Walmart in 2007 and apparently was made by Blankets and Beyond.

It has disappeared in the past months, and we are still consoling her at night. She is absolutely heartbroken. A quick Google online has many similar stories. I’m frustrated that a big supplier like Blankets and Beyond wouldn’t keep a small supply for individual sale. They specifically make items that children love, and occasionally lose! Walmart, although they phoned me personally to express their sympathies, were equally unhelpful in my search to replace the loved item. My heart goes out to all the children and parents who are going through a similar tough time!

Thank you for your blog. At the very least it normalized the angst I’m feeling (being helpless to make my child feel better about this particular loss) and provided a venue for me to vent and feel like I’m doing SOMETHING.

I’m looking for a light blue fleece, satin edged blanket from Blankets and Beyond with a white and blue teddy bear head with a blue satin bow tie. On the corner of the blanket are the letters A B C.

We took my son’s soother away at 5 months, and at month 8 we realized he began using this lovey as comfort. It was purchased for my baby shower in the winter of 2007, and we would love a backup in case it ever goes missing! He loves to rub the satin on his upper lip or his hand.

I got Kiki!!! The listing was re-posted on Ebay, and the seller even gave me a little bit of a price break. Expensive, but worth it to avoid heartbreak. Thank you everyone for looking out for me, and I promise to keep looking for you.

I’m looking for a lovey or Nunu, made by Blankets and Beyond and purchased at a Tuesday Morning. It is green with tan edging, has green satin backing and has a tan monkey head and arms holding a banana. It has “Kiki” stitched across the front under the head. I’ve looked through your catalog and saw many similar loveys, but not this one my son adores. I’ve searched Ebay, Amazon, etc. and many local stores.

As you can see, he is well loved and gets washed often (that is if I can sneak him away long enough for a bath!). We rotated several different stuffed animals and loveys, but Gabriel picked this one. He became particularly attached right after Christmas when he came down with the swine flu and an ear infection at the same time. Kiki was great comfort through the several ER visits. Now Gabriel and Kiki are practically inseparable. Gabriel is 19 mos old, asks for Kiki by name, and will hug and kiss him repeatedly. He can’t sleep without him, and when he gets upset, he cries out for him.

I’m terrified that we will accidentally lose Kiki while we are out, or that one of the dogs might get him. It would be disastrous right now, since we just got him settled in a toddler bed and are on the verge of potty training.

I’ve looked at every local retailer and done extensive on-line searches, but have not found another one. I sure hope this helps and maybe someone out there will have one for us.

Searching – 2007 Blankets & Beyond BLUE BEAR BLANKIE with WHITE POLKA DOTS

I’m looking for a Blankets and Beyond blue bear blankie with white polka dots. It was given to me at my 2 yr old son’s shower in December, 2007, and I’m pretty sure it’s a brand carried by Walmart.

Only in the last 6 months has he really started to get attached, waking up in the middle of the night crying if he feels around and cannot find it.

I would love to find a back up of this bear, just in case he happens to go missing.

Searching – 2007 Blankets and Beyond ORANGE DOG on BLUE BLANKIE

I’m looking for a Blankets and Beyond dog blankie. We bought it at Walmart in 2007. It’s a blue blanky, with an orange dog head attached to the middle. There is a picture of the dog embroidered on the blankie.

My son had this favorite blankie that he just fell in love with when he was just an infant. It’s the only one he really loved, and we have tried others, but nothing is just the same for him. He is lost without this blankie!!

It has gone everywhere with him, and now we can’t find it! It has been missing for a few months. We’re not sure where we lost it. We think it might have fallen out of the van in a parking lot somewhere….

Anyway, if anyone has one or knows where we can find another… If anyone has one they are willing to part with or know where I can get one, PLEASE email me!!!

FOUND – Blankets & Beyond BEIGE & WHITE LAMB on GREEN BLANKIE

My daughter is 3 1/2 and has lost a Blankets and Beyond mint green fleece lamb lovey trimmed in satin. Just the blanky part is green. The lamb is beige and white. It also has a little embroidered picture of a lamb jumping with stars.

I gave her another lovey, and she cries and says how much she wants her green one. Then she starts her first day of preschool and discovers a girl with “her lovey”.

Searching – Blankets and Beyond ORANGE DOG? RABBIT? BLANKIE with WHITE SWIRL

Hi! I have triplets, and all babies have their own plush blankie. Two of them have multiple blankets, so its easy to wash and so on. However, one of my girls decided to adopt the only blanket which didn’t come with “copies”. Now it’s pretty worn, and we’ve tried to give her another style. It won’t work!

So I’m desperate to find an orange blankie from Blankets and Beyond. There is a white swirl on it, and the blankie has the head of a rabbit on it (long ears).
