Searching – 80′s Knickerbocker SO SOFT BABY YELLOW BEAR with LOOP EARS

I’m looking for an 80′s Knickerbocker So Soft Baby yellow bear named Baby Gum Drop. He is about 9.5 inches long, made of yellow velour (with foam on the inside). The ears have a hole in them….they are kind of like handles for a baby…and they kind of look like loops on his head.
I’m searching for this bear for the wedding of my brother. As a child he loved this bear all the time, and I am searching for this bear like one year. I hope you can help me.

Searching – 80′s LYING DOWN Firmly Stuffed TAN & BLACK GERMAN SHEPHERD with TONGUE Top Priority
I’m looking for an 80′s? lying down firmly stuffed German Shepard that is mostly tan with black on his back. His tongue hung out, and he had plastic nose and eyes.
When I was little my mom got me this (to me then) huge stuffed German Shepard dog from Walmart. I kept him for years. My upbringing sucked, and his back held A LOT of my tears. My mom in moving from Texas to Connecticut lost him.
I cannot find another like him, and I wish I had my original Wolf, but I’ve looked and can’t find him. I just wanna find another. I’m dealing with a load of serious health issues now, and even though I’m almost 30, sometimes I still just need to cry into him ya know?
Anyone who can help…. Well I have no way of paying you back fully, but any help is appreciated.

Searching – Fisher Price BUTTERSCOTCH YELLOW RUMPLE BEAR with BLACK NOSE
OK. I’ve made a mess of communicating with Trenton on this one, so I’m going to try again with a new photo.
I’m looking for a Fisher Price Rumple butterscotch yellowish tan bear with a black nose.I am 18, and this was the stuffed animal I was given when I was a baby. I still have it to this day. I am having a kid and I liked how I have never seen one, and it was unique, and I wanted to give my child mine. But the problem is that from being used all the time it has fallen apart, and there are holes in the fabric. The material has worn off, so it is bald. Also the eyes have almost completely faded and the colors have faded too.
I want my kid to have one and was going to give him mine but from the age and being used a lot it has fallen apart and not sure that it will last for my child. I have looked all over and I have not found one online in stock anywhere.

Searching – KinderGUND TICKLES BLUE RED YELLOW CLOWN
We now have a mailing list of people looking for this clown.
I’m looking for a KinderGUND 12 inch Tickles? clown where the clown’s velour body is solid blue on one side and solid yellow on the other. It has yellow velour feet. It was purchased in 1987. He is the small velour baby version..no removable clothes.
My dear friend Janice died 2 years ago, and her daughter, who is 24, had a Tickles that her mother got when she was pregnant with Erin, her 1st child. Erin brought it to me tonight because her brother’s new puppy got a hold of it. I’ve spent the evening repairing it the best I can, but I would love to find Erin another one.
If anyone finds one I would love to hear about it.

Searching – 50′s SMALL DOLL with BROWN CIGAR CURLS Wearing WHITE DRESS
I’m looking for a 50′s doll about 6 inches tall I had as a child. She had brown cigar curls and wore a white dress. I can’t remember her name, but I think it had Lee in part of her name, maybe Terry Lee?
She was the last doll I got as a child. I am sixty six now, and I think I was twelve.

Searching – 80′s SMALL WHITE Musical WINDUP DOG with BROWN EARS
I’m looking for a windup dog about 10 inches long that I have had since 1987. It has a white body with brown ears. I have always thought it was a dog, it but might be a rabbit. Everything had a soft fur like covering, but most of it is gone. The “fur” was attached to a different type of fabric. The fur was not long – just enough to cover. I am not sure of the music it played. I do know it didn’t move. It has always laid down like in the picture. It used to have little black eyes that looked like rocks. We bought it new from a store my mom said.
I have owned it since I was born. I have always looked for another but never could find anything, since I don’t know who made it. I used to have two when I was born, but one is long gone. I would love to have another one just to give to my kids – 3 if I could find that many. It’s just really important to me. I’m 24 and not ashamed to admit about my childhood toy that I still have.
I would like to find out more information about it. If you guys can help, that would be great! Any info at all.

Searching – 1985 Applause Precious Moments WHITE & PINK RABBIT

Wanda’s story gives such a powerful voice to the emotional trauma of childhood bullying that I hope you share it.
I’m looking for a Snowball 1985 Precious Moments by Applause plush white rabbit. It has the pink satin feet, and pink inside the ears, and a pink satin covered nose and has tear drop shaped eyes. She wore a plastic pink heart locket around her neck that said on the inside “Some Bunny Cares”.
This bunny was very special to me, because as a child, I was bullied in school because of being extremely shy, and the other kids thought I was weird. I had no friends except for my cats, and my plush animals. Whenever I was in school, being tormented, I couldn’t wait to get home to play with my “friends”.
When I first saw the bunny in a Hallmark store back then, it was love at first site. The locket’s message “Some Bunny Cares” meant so much to me. I wanted so much at that time for someone to care. I think it was over $20.00 back then, and my mom almost didn’t get her for me. But she finally bought her for me for Easter. My mom knew what I was going through, and that there was nothing she could do about it, so I think that’s why she gave in.
We had pajama day at school that year, and I took my bunny that day. I remember being laughed at for bringing a toy, even though some of the other girls had pacifiers hanging around their necks of all things. The bunny was taken from me and thrown back and forth. I started crying, not just because of my beloved bunny, but mostly because I was being tormented once again. That just made them laugh even more, because I was acting like a “baby” who had their toy taken away. I did get her back, and cried myself to sleep that night.
I would just like to have my old friend back. It would be nice to have her near. The scars from my past are still with me, so I would like to have some of the nicer things with me as well.
Sorry for such a long post. If anyone knows where I can find one of these bunnies, I would appreciate it.

Searching – 90′s GUND MUMFIE ELEPHANT Wearing PINK COAT & BLUE PANTS
Nola is looking for the scarecrow and pig from the Mumfie stories.
I’m looking for the stuffed Mumfie plush, that was released sometime in early 90’s. I believe he is a white or gray elephant with a pink coat. In the movie he was white. He has blue buttons on his coat and blue pants. On his feet are pink shoes that match the pink coat. I believe he is 19” and made by Gund.
I’ve been looking for him since I was 10 years old; I am nearly 26. My mom and I had gone into a local toy store in NJ, and I had seen him. I clearly had remembered him from the movie The Magic Adventures of Mumfie. My mom couldn’t afford him for me so she promised to try and get it for me the following week. Needless to say, when we came back he was sold. I was devastated. She looked for it for me for years. Then I took over the search, I check eBay every six months but haven’t found him. Then I came across your website and found that someone had actually located this special elephant. Even more digging showed me that one had been sold, but I missed it by three weeks.
I hope that perhaps with your help I’ll be able to locate another Mumfie. If anyone has any information, I’d be so grateful.

Searching – 80′s Mothercare BROWN & WHITE BEAR with ORANGE BOW
I’m looking for a bear that is about 30 years old. It was a brown and white medium – sized teddy bear with an orange bow around his neck. We got it at a Mothercare for my son in the 1980’s, and he had it with him wherever he went up until the year 2000.
He called it Ted and carried it everywhere he went , along with his other toy dog, Scamp, which he still has. It was put up in our loft with other teddies, but when we moved away we forgot to take Ted. Even though he is older, he still misses his teddy bear. I would love to get it back for him as he misses it so much! It would mean the World to him and me if someone would find it.

Searching – 90′s Montgomery Ward PINK BEAR with BOW
Christi says that out of all other bears that she has seen with bows on their necks, this bear comes the closest to being like her bear.
I do believe it had a white muzzle. It has been soooo long, I can’t even think of any differences. I can tell also, just by looking at that photo, that it is the same kind of material. A lot of bears nowadays are super duper soft. My bear was soft, but not like that silky fur material that most bears have now.
I’m looking for a pink teddy bear from Montgomery Wards in about 1991-1992. The bears being sold were available in pink or blue. They were a decent size, about 15 inches tall from head to toe and like 11 inches wide from arm to arm. My pink bear had a bow around its neck.
When I was between 4 or 5 years old, my dad was taking my two brothers to the store to get them some shoes for basketball. I went along, meanwhile mom stayed back at the house. As we walked through some aisles, I was drawn to a big bin full of blue teddy bears and pink teddy bears. I picked up a soft, pink teddy bear and carried it around the store with me. When it was time to check out, I had already fallen in love with this bear in my arms. I asked my dad if I could have it. Being that our family didn’t make much money, funds were limited. I really really wanted the bear, not to mention, being as young as I was, I didn’t quite understand why my brothers were getting things and I wasn’t.
Well, apparently, back at the house, my mom started thinking about me, and how I might feel left out. She said a quick prayer that God would provide a way for me to be able to get something. Right at the checkout, after my dad gave me the final, “no, you can not have this bear,” I walked back to the bin and put the bear back. Out of nowhere, this nice old lady who was sitting right on a bench near the checkout with another old lady, strolled up to my dad, with the pink bear in her hand and said, “Would you mind if we bought her this bear?”. Dad refused, but she insisted, so dad agreed and I got my bear.
When we got home, mom was happy and told us what she prayed. That bear was, from that moment on, my “Jesus Bear”. I always slept with it. I always took it on trips with me…which is where this story ends tragically. I went to Canaan Valley when I was in 7th grade and took my bear with me…when we got home, it was missing. My parents called them, but, they didn’t find it. So, here I am…24 years old, newly married, on Christmas eve, thinking about my “Jesus Bear” wishing I could somehow find it, or maybe get one exactly like it.
If you could somehow find out what teddy bears were in stock at those dates and locate where I can get a pink bear, I would be forever grateful.

Searching – 80′s BROWN DOG with FURRY YELLOW EARS
I’m looking for an 80′s stuffed dog with brown body, yellow ears and top of head, white muzzle, black nose, and beaded eyes.
I stole it from my sister when I was 2 and took it everywhere with me. I had it until my house burned down at age 5. Broke my heart. This is the best picture we have left of it.
I would always rub his ears on my face to make me sleepy. So much that they fell off all the time and my Mom would have to sew them back on. Sometimes when she couldn’t get around to it yet, I would rub the ear on my face until I got sleepy and then gently put it on his tummy with my hand over it all night so I wouldn’t lose it in the bed.
I would love to replace it now at the age of 28.

FOUND – 80′s Tyco MY PUPPY LOVES ME – GRAY & WHITE DOG – SQUEEZE PAW – WHIMPERS
We now know he’s a TYCO MY PUPPY LOVES ME.
I’m looking for a dog stuffed animal..built via the teddy bear style..(as opposed to the lying down dog looking style) from around the late 80s-early 90s. It was greyish, about a foot long, had a nylon-ish belly and when you squeezed its paw (I think it had leather paw pads, too) it would whimper.
I loved this guy so much as a little kid..and then as I grew up he must have gotten sold by my mother or something..most of the things I had were kept, but not him.
I really would like to find him again for nostalgic value, and maybe if I ever have children I can pass it down to them.

Searching – 2001 Walmart? WHITE DOG with GOLD YELLOW EARS, EYE PATCH, FEET
This may possibly be a Kellytoy dog.
I’m looking for a stuffed dog; it’s around 12-14 inches, with floppy golden ears, a brown fuzzy nose, and black eyes. It has white fur on the majority of it, however, there is a golden patch over it’s right eye and on its feet. There is a sheerish golden bow around its neck. It was bought at Walmart 10 years ago. The tag is worn off, so the brand is unknown.
On my 9th birthday, my Grandma took me to Walmart and let me pick out anything I wanted. I picked out this toy and named him Rufus. Since then, he has slept next to me on a nightly basis. Since leaving for college, however, I found I was in need of a replacement Rufus, since he is becoming too delicate to travel with back and forth.

I’m looking for a Multi-colored dinosaur / dragon. She is purple with a white nose, blue eyes, red arms, green and orange belly, red inner thighs, blue feet, and a yellow bottom. She has a zipper on her back, and it also has a thin strap on its back, and a pink polka dotted bow on her head. I think it was a kid’s / child’s purse or back pack. She was just a stuffed animal lovie to me. The tush tag says Hugable not Huggable. My mother says it was purchased at Target in the late 80′s early 90′s.
When I was little I got sick, and my parents took me the the doctor. After we left the doctors my parents had to pick some things up, so we went to the store (my mother says it was Target). When we got in the store, I saw Dino as I call her, I also call her Dina. I started reaching for Dino, and my mom said, “No,” that I couldn’t have her. My Daddy picked Dino up and told my mom that I could hold her while we were in the store.
At some point I fell asleep in the store, and when I woke up we were at home, and I had Dino from that point on. I never went anywhere without Dino.
I would appreciate it a lot if you could help me find another Dino. Any help or information that could lead me to finding another Dino would be greatly appreciated.
I think that it is a very special thing you are doing to help find long lost lovies. Again thank you for any help you can provide me with.

Searching – Fisher Price SLUMBER BABIES YELLOW LAMB
We have a mailing list of people looking for the various Slumber Babies.
I’m looking for a Fisher Price yellow Slumber Babies lamb.
When my first child was three months old, we gave her a yellow slumber baby lamb for her first Easter. From the moment she touched it, she didn’t want to let it go. She slept with it and always wanted it near. As she got older, she continued to sleep with “Baby”, and she would rub its bow tie to fall asleep. She would hide it under her pillow when her teenaged friends would come to spend the night. When she went to sleep at a friend’s house, she would always pack “Baby” in her overnight bag.
She is now 21 years old and still continues to use her Slumber Baby to help her fall asleep by rubbing its tie. My daughter recently purchased a puppy, and she was devastated when the puppy found “Baby” and tore her apart. “Baby” has always been special to my daughter, and even though she is now an adult, I desperately want to find a new Slumber Baby lamb to replace the old one.
No matter what is going on in her life, “Baby” has always been there to give her comfort. The loss of this Slumber Baby has left a hole in her heart!
