Searching – 90′s WHITE & BROWN or BLACK BARKING DOG Head Moved
I am looking for a stuffed puppy dog from about 1992 to 1996 that had Velcro paws, and you took him and put him on a box with wheels with a blue handle. His paws attached to the box and his head had a slit in the back that you attached to a post on the front of the box, so when you pushed (walked) him his head moved up and down and he barked. The one I had was white and brown or black, I can’t remember clearly. For some reason I want to say that is was made my Mattel or Fisher Price, but I am not sure.
This is the toy that looks like the toy I am searching for. The actual dog looks so similar to the one I had. The handle of my toy was blue and the one in this picture is red. The toy on the website is way more advanced than my toy. However they are both “push along” toys. Mine however you attached his paws onto the box attached to the handle and his head had a place that it slid onto a post on the box. After this you pushed him and his head went up and down and he barked…which was more like a squeak that came from the box. I hope this jogs someone’s memory!
I had this toy when I was little. I have spent years looking for this toy, and I can’t find anything except a few others looking for it. I know when it came out it was super popular, and I was only able to get one, because the store ended up getting one in while we were still there.
I loved this toy when I was young, and I would love to be able to buy one, so when I have children then can love it like I did.
I do not have any photos… I have searched everywhere to try to find any information, but I haven’t been able to find any photos or the name of the toy. I find this very odd, because I remember that the toy was popular.

Searching – 80′s Fisher Price YELLOW Terry ANIMAL GRABBER DOG
We now have a mailing list for the various Animal Grabbers.
I’m looking for a 1979-1986 Fisher Price yellow foam-filled terry cloth Dexter dog head Animal Grabber that rattles when shaken. The dog head is shaped a bit like a ball with a loop through the middle for baby to hold it. The dog has a long snout that is sewn to his bottom lip forming a loop. The dog has long rounded yellow terry-cloth ears with orange and white cotton checkerboard inner ears, and sleepy stitched eyes. It’s designed for children ages birth to 2 years old.
I am desperate to find this dog for my daughter, who is due in July. It was my first toy, and I have worn it down all the way to the gingham lining. I would love to be able to give one to my daughter when she is born. Used condition is fine, and I would love to be able to find one by Fall at least.

FOUND – 1986 Fisher Price BLUE BEAR PUFFALUMP
I’m looking for the 1986 Fisher Price Blue Bear Puffalump #8006. He can be with or without the blue romper.
While searching for the purple pig I discovered that a lot of color variations of Puffalumps were made… I already have the peach bear, but now I’m looking for the blue bear , not only to try and complete the Puffalump family my mother and I have (she always liked Puffalumps better than any other toy), but also because it reminds me of my father (he, being kinda grumpy sometimes, and the bear being the more ‘male’ of all Puffalumps…), whose birthday is approaching.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FOUND – 1987 Fisher Price No. 8015 PURPLE PUFFALUMP PIG with DRESS

The pig wears a purple dress with purple puffy sleeves. The sleeves have elastic around the cuff. The dress has a white collar with lace trim on the edges and a pink ribbon bow in the center. The dress has a thin pink trim across the chest, and the bottom section of the dress is gathered across the top, but hangs straight down with no trim on the bottom edge of the dress.
As I was a child, my mother used to give me a Puffalump every year – I guess it was every time she got her job confirmed for another year. I treasured the Puffalumps a lot, and they still sit on my bed.
Now she’s going to quit work due to her age, and I thought it would be a good idea to give her the purple pig, which is the only one she did not give to me. That’s why I’m looking for it.
I live in Italy, and I’m having trouble finding one with the dress that will ship to me.

Searching – 70′s Fisher Price CHOLLY BLUE Gingham Boy DOLL
We have a mailing list of people looking for either the girl Lolly doll or this boy Cholly doll.
I’m looking for Cholly, a Fisher Price 1977 doll No. 419. It’s a blue gingham plaid rag boy doll with yellow yarn hair with felt or vinyl eyes. He’s wearing a blue jacket and cap.
My 31 year old son is expecting his first child and my first grandchild. Before he was born, my mom gave him a Cholly doll and as soon as he was born, it became his “security blanket.” He actually would never part from it as a baby and toddler, and we had to purchase several of them as he lost and wore them out. He drug it everywhere he went!
I would love for his child to have one, but cannot find one anymore. I really want his baby to have one to love as much as he did!

We were recently made aware of the Fisher Price Happy Rewards discount program that allows families to purchase their brand of diapers and earn points toward ANY Fisher Price product, including toys. It does involve keeping track of points from the packaging and the receipts until you build enough points to be worthwhile, but it might be worth looking into if you have babies or toddlers in your family.

FOUND -1986 Fisher Price PUFFALUMP PURPLE & WHITE CAT
I’m looking for a Fisher Price 1986 No. 8002 Puffalump purple cat with white ears, hands, feet, and tummy. She has a pink fleece nose and white yarn hair tuft. The old balloon logo is embroidered on the left foot. She is wearing a matching removable dress with lace collar.
My oldest daughter (middle child) has struggled with ADHD her entire life, way back before it was a buzzword. While academically she managed to stay way ahead of the curve because of her IQ – socially and emotionally she suffered terribly. She got her Purple Puffy (as we call her) for Christmas in 1986 (I think – might have been 1987) from her Nana. From the moment she opened the package she was in love with this stuffed animal, and it has been her constant companion since then. It has seen her through adolescence, college, bad break-ups, losing loved ones and so much more. It was (or had been) the ONLY thing in her entire life that she NEVER lost. For anyone with an ADHD child – you know what a MIRACLE this is, and how very special a bond she had with Puffy.
She is now an accomplished grown woman, with a PhD and is a political science policy analyst. Not too long ago, she was attending a conference in LA and called me crying (which as independent as she is – is amazing in and of itself) that she had left Puffy in the hotel in LA, and she has had them looking, but to no avail.
I sat in stunned silence on the other end listening and thinking to myself – she still takes Puffy with her? She is a wonderful speaker and oozes self-confidence. I agreed to meet her that afternoon for lunch, as she really sounded as if she could use a hug – she did. We sat and reminisced about old times – and I realized that to me Puffy has always been her snuggle toy, but to her – in her difficult childhood and adolescence and now adulthood…Puffy was so much more. When I left, I vowed to find another Purple Puffy for my great kid.

This particular bear has a great importance to my cousin. ”Puff” is her pride and joy, and now all that remains of him is a 1 x 1 inch piece that my 27 year old cousin still sleeps with.

I am looking for the Fisher Price 1986 No. 1405 firmly stuffed 15 inch flat TEDDY BEDDY BEAR. It has light brown fur hair, a fleece body, and a molded silkscreen face with white ears. He’s wearing a white, pink, yellow, green, and blue stripe sleep shirt with a blue and white polka dot collar and cuffs and matching stocking cap. There’s a white fur pom pom and a jingle rattle in the hands.

I’m looking for the Fisher Price pink rabbit and white bear Slumber Babies.
I am a survivor of extreme, horrific abuse. I was once part of a support group, and one of my friends had the pink Slumber Baby. I loved it, so I went out to buy them all. I was able to buy the yellow and white ones. I once gave the white one to someone is distress, and she was supposed to return it by mail. That never happened. I still have the yellow one.
I’ve experienced significant healing, though some of the deepest core pain remains. When I am hurting and afraid, I like to hold my Slumber Baby. In so doing, I feel I am offering comfort to myself in a very real way, i.e., holding my Inner Child, if you will.
I named her Gertrude. They were each Gertrude–Yellow Gertrude and White Gertrude. And any other dolls I am able to purchase, Slumber Babies, or other soft dollies, would also be named Gertrude!

Searching – 80′s Fisher Price YELLOW PLAID RABBIT BLANKIE Will take other colors
I’m looking for a Fisher Price security bunny blankie. I’d prefer yellow, but I’m open to any color, new or gently used. These were sold in the 80′s, and they were also offered as premiums through Pampers Diapers around 1985-86.
I know there is one on Ebay now, but the bidding is going up rapidly.
My daughter, now 18, has two of these fellows named Mary and Jimmy (she couldn’t remember Joseph’s name at the time), and they are well worn and provide hours of good-natured ribbing. She always wanted a third, to be named, Jesus, of course, but we never could find one. Now that Mary and Jimmy are off at college with her, I’d love to surprise her with another. Besides, I’m pretty sure Mary and Jimmy will soon be kidnapped by the girls that live in her dorm.
