FOUND – Carter’s Just One Year BLOND CLOTH PIGTAILS MY FIRST DOLL
Esther has found her doll, but we still have a mailing list of people looking for this same doll in blond or brunette.
I’m looking for a Carter’s Just One Year blond doll with cloth pigtails, not yarn. She’s wearing a pink sleeper with dark pink and white polka dots collar, cuffs, and bottom of the feet, with My First Doll embroidered on the sleeper.
My 2 year old had one and it got lost. She usually does not go to sleep without it.

We have a mailing list of people looking for this same doll in blond or brunette.
This is my 1 1/2 year old’s doll. She calls her “Baby” and “B” for short. She goes absolutely everywhere with us. She especially loves B’s ponies (ponytails). I want to get a second B so we can rotate them. The original B is already getting a bit worn.
Please help us find one! On a practical note I’d like to pay less that 35 dollars, since she only cost 10 when our daughter was born. I did purchase one on EBay before, and she never arrived!

Searching – Carter’s Just One Year BRUNETTE MY FIRST DOLL with CLOTH PIGTAILS
We have a mailing list of people looking for this same doll in blond or brunette.
We helped Sarah find a blond doll, but her daughter won’t sleep with it, so she’s looking for a brunette one.
I’m looking for a backup for the Carter’s Just One Year brunette doll with cloth pigtails, not yarn. She’s wearing a pink sleeper with dark pink and white polka dots collar, cuffs, and bottom of the feet, with My First Doll embroidered on the sleeper.
My 15 month old daughter needs to start Daycare in a few weeks, and I have been searching for months looking for a second doll, so that she can take one to school with her and have one to keep at home. She sleeps with her ”Baby” and carries ”Baby” around with her everywhere she goes.
I don’t want to take the chance of sending ”Baby” with her to school and have something happen to it. I am nervous about sending her to Daycare and want to make sure that she has something familiar to take with her.
The pigtails need to be cloth and without a rattle. Her current doll is brunette. We were able to purchase one of the blond dolls. Surprisingly enough though, my daughter will still only sleep with her original brunette doll. So now I’m looking for a brunette one. Please let me know if anyone can help us.

Searching – Carter’s Just One Year BRUNETTE and BLOND MY FIRST DOLL with CLOTH PIGTAILS

I have twin girls that are 2. We have the blonde and brunette dolls, but are in need of back ups. My girls WILL NOT sleep without them and need them at nap time and bedtime. You can imagine what it is like if they don’t make it home from daycare.
If anyone finds a stash of these dolls – please let me know. They must be cloth pigtails – not yarn.

FOUND – Carter’s BRUNETTE Looped PIGTAIL MY FIRST DOLL Wearing PINK SLEEPER & BUNNY SLIPPERS
There was a mix up about which doll Dona needed. It turns out that we had the one she needed in stock, after all. So here’s her excited email, after she Skyped her granddaughter in Germany:

Yes, Sophie has seen Stinky Baby!!! and she screamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her eyes were so big! She kept saying, “It’s Stinky Baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grandma I love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” ha ha She kept screaming, “Put her in your suitcase Grandma, don’t forget her. Stinky baby is the right one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” My daughter even got a little choked up. Three years, and here she is. I still can’t believe it. Thank you again.
I’m looking for a Carter’s small brown hair looped pigtails MY FIRST DOLL with a pink sleeper, bunny slippers, and a rattle.
My twin granddaughters have had these dolls since they were born. One of them lost hers and is having a very hard time. Their Daddy is in the Air Force, and they are stationed in Germany. I bought the dolls for them when they were first born, and Sophie and Lilly will be 5 this November. These dolls are so important to them. They just love them to pieces. Finding another one sure would make a little girl so happy.

I’m looking for a Carter’s Just One Year doll #99335 with brown hair, bangs, and pigtails with green bows. Doll has a pink dress with a white daisy on chest, and it says “My First Doll”.
My son’s daughter left her “baby doll” here the other day, and after searching my house I found it and brought it over to her. It’s only recently she’s become attached to it (she is 18 months old). My son has been trying locate one identical to hers, but with no luck.

FOUND – Carter’s Just One Year BLONDE My First Doll DOLL Wearing PINK DRESS with FLOWER
My 15 month old daughter has fallen in love with one particular doll she calls “Doll”. It is a Carter’s Just One Year “My First Doll” with a light pink dress and blond hair. She has two pony tails with a green ribbon.
I have searched everywhere and cannot find a backup. (having a 3 1/2 year old son who also has a particular lovie, so I know you need several). I tried giving her another doll that was close, but that became “Baby”, and she’s not so excited about her. Apparently Carter’s changes styles on their dolls every 6 months or so.
I would really appreciate any help with finding a backup. I don’t let hers leave the crib now, which isn’t going over so well with my daughter!

FINISHED – 2009 Carter’s Just One Year BRUNETTE MY FIRST DOLL Wearing PINK DRESS with DAISY FLOWER
Patricia writes that she is no longer looking, as her daughter has taken to another doll, but we still have a mailing list looking for this blond or brunette doll.
My daughter was given this doll about 6-8 months ago. At that time she usually slept and played with the Lamaze firefly, and I thought that was her lovey. In the last month or two she started to sleep with and play with this doll. She also snuggles it when she is upset and feels ill. She looks for it to go to sleep. I realized that it is actually her lovey.
She snuggles it so much the material on the face is starting to wear out. So I went back to Target to get a spare in case this one falls apart too much, but the store near me no longer had it. I called Carter’s and was told it was made especially for the Target store, and they only manufacture items for 6 months. I also called the other Targets in the phone book with no luck.

Searching – Carter’s BRUNETTE MY FIRST DOLL Wearing PINK – YARN BANGS & PIGTAILS
The picture shown is almost identical to the lost doll. But the difference is that the 3 bangs should be made of yarn…like the pigtails. The face and the rest of the doll are virtually the same.
I have a friend named Shana who is moving and has a 6 month year old girl, named Charlotte (shortened to Lottie), and she’s grown very attached to a particular Carter’s doll. She was given this brunette My First Doll doll dressed in pink when she was born. It does not have a rattle, and the bangs and pigtails are both made of yarn.
A week ago, a group of friends got together at a restaurant to give her a farewell party. Unfortunately, after everyone left the party and resumed the get together at a friend’s home, Shana noticed Charlotte being very disturbed and agitated. We then all noticed that Lotte’s doll was missing. Everyone looked everywhere for the doll…the restaurant, the car. the parking lots and nothing. Since then everyone has been taking the time to see if anyone can find the doll in a store or online.
I recently found one that is almost the same doll, but it has flat bangs and the yarn pigtails. I had bought that doll (the one in the photo), but Lotte just set it aside. Seems there is no fooling Charlotte.
Truth is, Shana is a good friend, and during her pregnancy we have gotten to be great friends. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for her. When Lotte was born and I saw her and Shana together I realized an overwhelming love for Lotte. But that is another story all together.
All I know is I would like to find this doll if possible before Shana and Lotte move 700 miles away to live with her parents.
