I run a business that exclusively caters to poultry, specifically ducks, and that Russ Chickadee was my first duckling toy. I like to think it inspired me.

Searching – 2008 Carter’s YELLOW DUCK with BIG FEET
Nancy is also looking for this duck.
I’m looking for a Carter’s yellow and white duck from 2008 with big sandy feeling feet. The bow is green, and it does not make any noise.
My daughter has had it since birth. My dog ate it, and she is so sad. Every night she goes to sleep crying for her ducky, and I cannot find it anywhere.

Searching – Applause No. 49122 YELLOW DUCK Platypus with LAVENDER FLOWER BOW
I’m looking for a 12 inch Applause No. 49122 lying down yellow chenille duck platypus with orange velour beak and feet and a yellow hair tuft. It is wearing a yellow flower print lavender organdy bow.
My grandaughter Ella has this as her favorite toy, and she sleeps with it and only it. If she does not have it, she will not go to sleep peacefully. She lost the original, and since then my daughter-in-law purchased the replacement from your site. I would like to have one at my home, so that it will not need to be transported to my home when I watch her.

FOUND – GANZ Heritage Collection GOOGLES PINK DUCK PLATYPUS
I’m looking for a GANZ HERITAGE COLLECTION large 14 inch pink furry duck platypus named GOOGLES. It has a pink velour beak and feet and a pink satin hair bow.
I used to go out with a girl 27 years ago, and I purchased a pink platypus for her. She used to spray my cologne on it and sleep with it. Now that we found each other after all this time, she asked me to see if I could find another one for her. But it must be pink.

FOUND – Breathe Easy YELLOW DUCK BLANKIE
I’m looking for a yellow duck blanket with satin edging made by Breathe Easy Baby.
My daughter Kaylee is in love with this duckie. She takes it everywhere with her. I am looking for a replacement, so I can wash it every once in a while. I have searched eBay and have even contacted the makers of the toy, but they only sell to retailers. No one seems to have it in stock right now. I was hoping to get her one for Christmas…but I am not sure if I will be able to do that.

I’m looking for a Carter’s Just One Year Just Hatched yellow duck. He is yellow with an orange beak and a ribbon around his neck. He has a picture of a hatching egg on his tummy, and it says Just Hatched around it. He plays Rock a Bye Baby, and his cheeks light up when you push his wing.
My daughter lost hers the other day, and is heartbroken. She has had this duck since birth, and it has traveled everywhere with her. I’m very sad for her, and all I can do is search everywhere possible to find another one.

FOUND – Fiesta DAFFODIL LARGE YELLOW Lying Down DUCK with LEATHER FOOT PADS
Thanks to one of our Fabulous Finders, we now know that this is a 17 inch Fiesta Daffodil duck.
I’m looking for a stuffed yellow duck with an orange beak. It was sort of a flat duck, so when you put it on a surface it would lay on its stomach with its arms and legs stretched out. It had leather like pads on its feet and soft fur. I can’t remember the brand, and I wish I could
It would drape over the shoulders, and it had the slightest bit of fuzz on its head. And it was made really well.
I have a friend who is really important to me. We met during a missions trip working in an AIDS camp in the Bahamas. We were just starting out in collage, and she had never really had a best friend before she met me. Her family had traveled all over the world due to her father’s work, so she never really made and held onto any true friends. I felt like God had brought us together, and we became very close.
We got our first apartment together and and have laughed and cried together on so many different occasions. We have been through thick and thin, joy and sorrow. The first Christmas that we shared gifts with each other, I made her a pair of pajama pants, and, as silly as it is, I gave her a stuffed duck. She loves ducks, and a mutual friend of ours used to call us “Stubert” and “Shubert”, so she called the duck “Hubert”. It became a permanent fixture on her bed and, never having stuffed animals to play with as a little girl (she grew up in the Philippines and didn’t have a lot of money), she kind of let her inner child hold on to Hubert.
She was traveling to visit her family, and she decided to take Hubert on the plane and use him as a pillow. I thought people would make fun of her for bringing a stuffed duck on the plane. But it came into great use, that is until she came home, and she didn’t have him in her luggage. She believes she accidentally left him on the plane. She really did love that stuffed animal, and she felt really bad for losing it.
She is such a caring, wonderful person and does brain cancer research in Chicago, and we are once again roommates. I know we are adults, but I would love to give Hubert back to her for Christmas once again. In all of the stresses of adult life, I would love to give her something that makes her feel like a child. I know she would absolutely love it.
I would be so grateful in any way that you could help me out. It would really mean a lot.

Searching – Pier 1 YELLOW DUCK PLATYPUS With WHITE HAIR TUFTS
I’m looking for a 12 inch plush duck sold by Pier 1 Imports in the Spring of 2009. It’s yellow, lays down, has white tufts of hair on its head and bum, and a ribbon around its neck. The eyes are sewn in, so they are baby/child proof.
There are many lookalikes out there, but I need to find the exact one, which will have a Pier 1 label attached to it. Pier 1 says it was made exclusively for them and has since been discontinued.
My son got one as a newborn. He’s now 15 months old, and that duck never leaves his side. I want to get a back up one for when the inevitable happens, and we lose it. Please help!

My son had a large white stuffed duck that we have been trying to find extras of since he got attached to it 2.5 years ago. My mom bought it for him near Warsaw Indiana at Easter time 2008. She thought maybe Kohl’s or Walmart, however, we have checked with both stores to no avail. He has no tag, so I can’t even give you a sku # or brand. It’s maybe around 2 feet tall. So frustrating!
He goes with it everywhere, and the other day he lost it and we had to try to get him to sleep without the duck. He cried himself to sleep and woke several times during the night.
It’s also getting worn out. I have not even come close to finding a twin for duckie, so I am hoping you can help. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Searching – Carter’s Child of Mine SMALL One Piece YELLOW & ORANGE DUCK
I’m searching for the matching Carter’s Child of Mine stuffed duck toy that came with a duck-themed one-piece that snapped up the front. This duck is all yellow with some orange lines drawn onto it to be its wings. The duck is all one piece, it has no extended body parts, if that makes sense.
My 18 month old son is completely attached to it and had lost it for awhile. I’ve decided to try and find a second one in case we lose it forever.

Searching – LYING DOWN WHITE DUCK PLATYPUS with FINE FUR & YELLOW BEAK & FEET
I’m looking for a lying down white platypus / duck with fine fur. The beak and feet are yellow velour. The bandanna in the photo may not be original.
My sister had one of these white plush platypus toys when she was younger. She had to go into the hospital for awhile and packed up a few of her favorite things to take with her. All of her belongings had to be checked before she was allowed to take them in. When she went to collect her belongings one of her bags was missing, the bag with the plush toy in it (among other items). She was absolutely devastated, as even though one of the staff had obviously stolen it, the hospital refused to do anything, as they did not take responsibility for any items brought in by the patients.
I’ve been trying to find her one ever since. I was searching through Google images today and I saw on your website that someone else had been looking for the exact toy last year. Any ideas on where I could find one? Victoria
