FOUND – 80′s Prestige GREEN DINOSAUR & HOT PINK BIRD
We were able to help Amanda find both of these Prestige Puffalumps, but we still have a mailing list for both of these Prestige Puffalumps.
I’m looking for two PRESTIGE TOY CORP. 1988 Puffalumps. One is a green dinosaur with purple and white bulging eyes. She has yellow ears and tummy, and blue and yellow scales on her back. She has red nostrils and mouth, but her toenails are pink. She has a girlie look.
The other is a multi-colored, mostly hot pink Puffalump-like dinosaur bird with a yellow beak, a light pink stomach and multiple strand tail.
My brother and I, a year, apart received these as gifts 20 years ago. We loved them for the majority of our lives. We still have them, but they are in unbelievably terrible shape.
We are 25 years old, and our attachment to these childhood animals that we slept with every night is amazing. Our mother still sews the holes in them today, and 10 years ago had to re-stuff them. The fabric is now getting to the point that they are ripping, and sewing is finally not helping.
I want to find “pinky” and “puffy” again for my brother and for me. I know he would be so surprised. Thank you for your help.

FOUND – 1987 Potpourri Press PINK PUFFALUMP Style RABBIT with DRESS
We were able to help Kristi find her bunny, but we still have a mailing list of people looking for this rabbit.
I’m looking for a 1987 Potpourri Press pink Puffalump style rabbit, loosely stuffed all over, with embroidered eyes, wearing a dark pink dress and hair bow. The bunny is 13 inches from the top of the bow to the bottom of her feet – an even 12 inches, not counting the bow.
On the day I was born, my mother gave me this silky bunny with pink dress. My bunny went EVERYWHERE with me! 22 years later you can tell that bunny has had lots and lots of lovin’. My wonderful grandmother used to play doctor and perform ‘surgery’ on my bunny, so that he could live longer. Needless to say, he doesn’t look the way that he originally did. For the past 4 or 5 years my mother and I have spent countless hours searching the internet for the same bunny, so we could see and remember what she originally looked like. I came across your picture of the original Potpourri Press bunny that I am looking for.
I would love some help in finding my childhood bunny and would be forever thankful for anyone who could point me in the direction of finding her. If not the bunny, I would also be interested in finding any 1987ish Potpourri Press silky stuffed (like a Puffalump) animal.

FOUND – 1986 Fisher Price BLUE BEAR PUFFALUMP
I’m looking for the 1986 Fisher Price Blue Bear Puffalump #8006. He can be with or without the blue romper.
While searching for the purple pig I discovered that a lot of color variations of Puffalumps were made… I already have the peach bear, but now I’m looking for the blue bear , not only to try and complete the Puffalump family my mother and I have (she always liked Puffalumps better than any other toy), but also because it reminds me of my father (he, being kinda grumpy sometimes, and the bear being the more ‘male’ of all Puffalumps…), whose birthday is approaching.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FOUND – 1987 Fisher Price No. 8015 PURPLE PUFFALUMP PIG with DRESS

Pig has purple ears with pink inner ears, a large round pink snout with 2 pink stitched nostril holes, and a mouth with a big bottom lit. Pig has purple arms and legs with white rounded “hooves” on the ends. Pig has the Puffalump trademark symbol on the bottom of her left foot.
The pig wears a purple dress with purple puffy sleeves. The sleeves have elastic around the cuff. The dress has a white collar with lace trim on the edges and a pink ribbon bow in the center. The dress has a thin pink trim across the chest, and the bottom section of the dress is gathered across the top, but hangs straight down with no trim on the bottom edge of the dress.
As I was a child, my mother used to give me a Puffalump every year – I guess it was every time she got her job confirmed for another year. I treasured the Puffalumps a lot, and they still sit on my bed.
Now she’s going to quit work due to her age, and I thought it would be a good idea to give her the purple pig, which is the only one she did not give to me. That’s why I’m looking for it.
I live in Italy, and I’m having trouble finding one with the dress that will ship to me.

Searching – 1986 Commonwealth Toy JUMBO LOVE PINK & PURPLE DOG
We have a mailing list for all the various Jumbo Love animals.
I’m looking for the 1986 Commonwealth Jumbo Love Puffalump style pink and purple dog with large eyes and a large Jumbo Love patch over his heart.
I have been looking for this dog for 10 years. I always thought it was Fisher Price made, but finally through searching I found its real name. My Dad got me one when I about 4. I slept with it and carried it everywhere.
When I got older his ear started to rip from its head, so he was put in the sewing room for repair. When I came home from visiting, Dad and Mom had thrown him away.
I’m never going to quit looking to find his ”cousin”. Any help is appreciated.

FOUND -1986 Fisher Price PUFFALUMP PURPLE & WHITE CAT
I’m looking for a Fisher Price 1986 No. 8002 Puffalump purple cat with white ears, hands, feet, and tummy. She has a pink fleece nose and white yarn hair tuft. The old balloon logo is embroidered on the left foot. She is wearing a matching removable dress with lace collar.
My oldest daughter (middle child) has struggled with ADHD her entire life, way back before it was a buzzword. While academically she managed to stay way ahead of the curve because of her IQ – socially and emotionally she suffered terribly. She got her Purple Puffy (as we call her) for Christmas in 1986 (I think – might have been 1987) from her Nana. From the moment she opened the package she was in love with this stuffed animal, and it has been her constant companion since then. It has seen her through adolescence, college, bad break-ups, losing loved ones and so much more. It was (or had been) the ONLY thing in her entire life that she NEVER lost. For anyone with an ADHD child – you know what a MIRACLE this is, and how very special a bond she had with Puffy.
She is now an accomplished grown woman, with a PhD and is a political science policy analyst. Not too long ago, she was attending a conference in LA and called me crying (which as independent as she is – is amazing in and of itself) that she had left Puffy in the hotel in LA, and she has had them looking, but to no avail.
I sat in stunned silence on the other end listening and thinking to myself – she still takes Puffy with her? She is a wonderful speaker and oozes self-confidence. I agreed to meet her that afternoon for lunch, as she really sounded as if she could use a hug – she did. We sat and reminisced about old times – and I realized that to me Puffy has always been her snuggle toy, but to her – in her difficult childhood and adolescence and now adulthood…Puffy was so much more. When I left, I vowed to find another Purple Puffy for my great kid.

I am looking for a 1986 Commonwealth Toy Puffalump style Jumbo Love Pink Dog with letters all over it that’s about 24 inches long.
I had this dog when I was a child and had it for 20 years. Last year my husband threw it away (I have still not forgiven him), and we now have a daughter who has the same obsession with sleeping with silk that I do. I would love to find this dog for myself and her. It was my favourite as a child and into adult hood and want her to know the “Jumbo Love” you can have for one of these guys.

FOUND – 80′s Fisher Price PUFFALUMP BLUE BEAR Wearing a ROMPER
This particular bear has a great importance to my cousin. ”Puff” is her pride and joy, and now all that remains of him is a 1 x 1 inch piece that my 27 year old cousin still sleeps with.
She is getting married soon, and I would love to present her with a ”Puff” in its entirety. Help!!!

We have a mailing list of people looking for various Jumbo Love animals from their childhood, and we currently have the orange monkey for sale in our catalog.
I am looking for the 80′s XL Puffalump style yellow and aqua bear or pink and purple dog Commonwealth Jumbo Love. Unlike Puffalumps, they are firmly stuffed except for the arms and legs, and they have a Jumbo Love patch over the heart.
I am 23, and I have 10 jumbo loves that have been given to me over the years. I started with 4 when I was born, and the family has just grown. My yellow and aqua bear and pink and purple dog are really old and decrepit and extremely worn, torn, and loved. So I would love it if I could find another one of each!

Thanks to one of our Fabulous Finders, we now know that Randy is looking for a 1987 Potpourri Press pink Puffalump style rabbit.
Deanna named her “Blankie Bunny” and took her everywhere throughout her childhood. Like I did with my favorite toy, she too wore Blankie Bunny right out to the point she is almost worn beyond recognition today! We’ve attached a picture of her sister’s version, which is in much better shape. All the tags are worn out and are blank.
We’re hoping someone out there will be able to identify this toy so we can start a search for an updated version. Half for Deanna to enjoy, half for a baby down the road to enjoy too!

Searching – 1986 Commonwealth JUMBO LOVE PURPLE HIPPO
We have a Mailing List of people looking for the Jumbo Love pink elephant, orange monkey, and this purple hippo.
I’m searching for a Jumbo Love Purple hippo manufactured by Commonwealth Toys. I would describe him as looking like the Puffalumps, only bigger – I’m guessing at 24″. He is made of the same material, but with thicker filling. He has very long arms and legs with horizontal stitching (creating sectioned limbs) every inch or so and ending in a bulbous section which would be a hand or foot. The eyes are patches sewn on and there is another patch saying “Jumbo Love”.
My wife is 5 weeks away from giving birth to our first son (I am looking for a plush gift). We have been together for 12 years, and Kudly (Her Jumbo Love Purple Hippo) has slept with both of us every night.
She has had Kudly for 24 years and as you can imagine, he is practically falling apart. I am afraid of what will happen if our son gets his hand on such a fragile Kudly.

Searching – 80′s Large SEATED VERY BRIGHT YELLOW Puffalump Style ELEPHANT
I’m looking for a VERY bright yellow nylon sitting elephant that was put out in the 1980′s. It was NOT a Fisher-Price Puffalump elephant, but was, as I recall, put out by one of the very nice and well-known toy companies, like RUSS or GUND. It had–I believe– some gathering on the chest tummy area, a REALLY cute expression, and as I said, was a VERY bright yellow. The elephant was good size– probably 18″-20″ high.
At the time, I was young and was not able to buy it, as it was over thirty dollars (it was a large size, but not huge). By the time I had enough money to buy it, The Drug Store in Iron Mountain, MI had sold all three that they had and said they could not order any more.
I never forgot it, and have been looking– and searching– for one ever since.

I’m looking for a Fisher Price 1994 No. 6841-6844 Puffalump XL BIG THINGS hot pink and teal elephant. It’s 28 inches long, 11 inches wide, and about 18 inches tall.
I had one as a child that my mother gave me, and it was destroyed in a flood, and I was hoping to give to my own children one day. Since having a daughter, I have been looking day and night for one of these and have not been able to find one.

Searching – Large PUFFALUMP COOKIE MONSTER with RED BACK PACK Top Priority
We have a mailing list mostly of teachers looking for this Cookie Monster to use with their students.
I’m looking for a Puffalump Cookie Monster with a back pack. Covered in his characteristic deep blue Puffalump type fabric, this Sesame Street fellow has a huge black mouth and large white eyeballs sticking up on top of his head. This Cookie Monster has soft googly eyes, not the hard plastic eyes he usually has. He even has a tummy button, he’s so well made! He’s about 16″ long and about 12″ wide.
You can put objects in his mouth and…voila they end up in the backpack! I am an early intervention speech-language pathologist and I am always looking for ways to get my wee-uns to progress. This toy is great for teaching them how to play “feed baby”.
