FOUND 1986 Commonwealth JUMBO LOVE PINK DOG with LETTERS

We were able to help Pam find your Jumbo Love, but we still have a mailing list of people looking for the various Jumbo Love animals.

I am looking for a 1986 Commonwealth Toy Puffalump style Jumbo Love Pink Dog with letters all over it that’s about 24 inches long.

I had this dog when I was a child and had it for 20 years. Last year my husband threw it away (I have still not forgiven him), and we now have a daughter who has the same obsession with sleeping with silk that I do. I would love to find this dog for myself and her. It was my favourite as a child and into adult hood and want her to know the “Jumbo Love” you can have for one of these guys.

i’m so gutted for you. I have had my jumbo for 26 years, and he is still in pride of place on my bed. He is the worlds most travelled jumbo, and has been on all of my childhood holidays. About 3 years ago, I got my sister to re-stuff and stitch him because he was looking a little tatty. My mum bought him because she couldn’t get my much wanted ‘puffalump’ for christmas. So he was my consilation prize. He has been loved and wanted ever since. I’ve come across your query as I was wondering myself on the availability of these toys. I recently purchased a puffalump on ebay. I’ll keep a look out for you if you like. Michelle.

I can’t imagine how you must felt when your childhood plush toy got thrown away accidentally..I would be crushed.. =( I too have a Jumbo Love plush (the orange monkey one!) that I received from my parents when I was a child and will always cherish it. I was browsing around and found a seller, not sure if it’s still for sell but it’s worth a try.
