We were able to help Laurel find one, but we still have a mailing list of people looking for this GOLD version of the Drooper.

I’m looking for a DAKIN 70s Plush Yellow Drooper dog. He is lying down 11 inches and bright yellow with brown ears and black felt eyebrows. He has a large black plush nose and is nut shell stuffed.

My husband had one just like it when he was in a foster home at age 5. The foster parents were cruel and threw it in the trash. I thought this would be a beautiful gift from the heart if i could find this for him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Laurel there are lots on ebay if you search DAKIN DROOPER DOG – Item No. 160935115711 looks just like your husbands original one – 10 inches long yellow and brown. Best of luck.
