, FOUND – 80’s Mel Appel PLUMPPETS Pillow Like ELEPHANTDo you remember toys from the late 80’s called Plumppets? They were square shaped pillow like animals. Not Pillow Pals or Pillow People, but kind of similar. Anyway, I know they had a tiger and a mouse and an elephant at least. Thanks to the help of one of our Finders, we no know that the Plumppets were made by Mel Appel Limited of Kowloon, Hong Kong.

I am looking for the elephant.

It was my absolute favorite toy and I still have him, but I wanted another one to give to my baby that is coming in January. I’ve searched everywhere, and there is nothing about Plumppets anywhere!

I know that is what they are called because that is what his tag says. I can’t make out what toy company it is though.

If you know where I could get one that would be fabulous!

  5. I have one! I gave it to my daughter who is two awhile back but she really hasn’t taken much interst in it.

  7. Please if anyone knows where I can get the elephant (same as photo above)! My teenage daughter lost it a few years ago on a vacation and has been mourning his loss ever since. She had it since she was an infant, it was her best friend…thank you
