Searching – 70’s Prestige YELLOW POT BELLY BEAR Wearing SKI CAP
I am looking for a 70’s plush bear made by the Prestige Toy Co. that was originally called, “Pot Belly Bear with Ski Cap.” These came in two sizes, a small 10 inch bear and one that I would say may be 15-18 inches. They came in brown, pink, light bluish green and light yellow. I am interested in any that are in good condition, but I am especially interested in a yellow one. I prefer the larger sized bear.
This was my favorite bear as a child. I am looking for it, because, although my husband was trying to do something nice, he ruined the bear in the washing machine. My sister and I each got one when we were 12 and 9 years old, respectively, and we just loved them. We even have pictures of us opening the boxes at Christmas and pulling the bears out.
