My young daughter is knitting a Herrschner’s Lucky Baby Blanket from an old kit that her great aunt gave her for her older sister’s new baby to be born in December 2008. The pattern called for size 3 circular needles and is a diamond pattern.

This is the first blanket she has made. She lost the directions in the Seattle airport earlier this week and is at a total loss for how to finish the blanket.

She has only knitted about 6 inches so far, but she has done a beautiful job. We’ve looked several places online to find a copy of the pattern and have not been able to.
