I was referred to you by a friend. I am looking for my daughter’s life line! It’s a Carter’s yellow plush elephant with blue ears and a pully tail that plays music. This thing is terribly important to us, but I am unable to find it.

I don’t know what song it plays. We have had to wash it a million times so the music no longer plays. We got it for her baby shower, and we have no idea who gave it to us or we would ask them where they got it.

Our first daughter never had anything like this, that she just couldn’t separate from. So when we started putting it with her when she was a baby we had no idea that it would turn into something that she couldn’t live without. She takes it everywhere, and anywhere including the beach water!!! It is very special to her and we’d like to preserve this one before it gets any browner!

But we need something to replace it with. We have tried other animals of the same color and even other elephants, but I think she just knows it’s not ‘it’.
