We now know that it’s a DanDee. Does anyone know if it’s from a cartoon?

I am looking for information about a stuffed dragon. It’s not that I’m looking for a replacement of him; I still have him. I just tore his tag off when I was little, and no one seems to remember where my aunt bought him.

I just became curious recently as to what exactly he is, because to me he’s just Fred the Dino-gon (I’m not sure if he’s a dragon or a dinosaur). I guess I’d just like to know a little bit more about the toy. I know he isn’t unique, because my cousin and one of my friends had one too, though neither of them have one now. He’s about a 20 inches from nose to tail and 10 inches tall, and he has what look like light blue wings or fins on his back and a horn.

As I said, any information that anybody knows about him would be great.
