Shortly after my son’s first birthday he got sick, and it was around Valentine’s Day (2009), so I bought him a stuffed green and cream frog from Target. He is about a foot high, has a wide striped tie and has hearts on the bottom of his feet.

He carries it around with him every where! It has helped him give up bottles and a pacifiers. We had a scare a couple of days ago where I thought we lost him. He cried himself to sleep for bed time and nap time.

I don’t want to have to re-live those moments when I felt so useless and couldn’t help him. I really want to find another one for when I have to wash the original and for when he gets to be too gross…which will be soon!
