We have a mailing list looking for this brown bear in different sizes.

I’m looking for a PBK Pottery Barn Kids 12 inch long brown velour bear with cream ears, muzzle, tummy, and paws. It has dark brown stitching.

I was given the bear at a baby shower in 2008, just before the birth of our son. “PB Bear” was in the crib for his first night alone and every night since then.

He gets the first kiss goodnight, a band-aid if my son is hurt, he is wonderful at taking all kinds of medicine and being a good example for my son in general. He is the star of all of our made up stories and the co[pilot on all of my son’s adventures. Often, because he is so flat, PB Bear slips between the bed and the wall. We call this PB’s “vacation”.

Now that I have another child on the way, I am trying to find another PB just in case PB ever takes a real vacation, and my son can not find him. I know that the apple of my eye might need a little extra comfort when his brother or sister arrives. I could not “bear” to think of him going to bed without his buddy. Since family and friends will be helping us when the baby comes, and we have many fun sleepovers planned with cousins and grandparents, I need peace of mind that there will always be a PB around for a cuddle if he is needed.
