FOUND - Baby GUND No. 58233 DOTTIE DOTS PINK CAT BLANKIE

We have several families looking for different Dottie Dots blankies.

I’m looking for a Baby GUND DOTTIE DOTS No. 58233 16 inch square blankie. It has a pink chenille cat head and arms on one corner of the pink velour white polka dot side. It has a pink knit backing with satin piped binding.

My sweet 3 year old, Blakely, recently lost her best friend ‘Bear’ (bear is actually a kitty – Gund Dottie Dot Pink Kitten). She has had Bear since she was born and has loved him so much! He goes everywhere with her, and she is so sad without him. As a working mom, I have to travel every week for work…knowing she takes comfort in Bear while I am away helps me, too.

We feel like Bear is part of our family. If we are around the house looking for bear, she will say, “But I love him Mom, please find him.” She truly loves this bear like she loves her family.

We are so devastated for this sweet baby and are desperate to find a replacement for this hard to find item. I have spent hours searching on line, but unfortunately this is a discontinued item. If anyone can help you could help us stop a lot of tears and heartache.

I too am in the same situation. My three-year old has lost her kitty – she has has Kitty since she was born. In fact, all my kids have a Dottie Dot blankie. I have been on the internet for an hour and NO ONE seems to have the kitty. So if anyone comes across one, PLEASE let me know.
