Searching – 80’s SMALL WHITE Musical WINDUP DOG with BROWN EARS
Nick is still looking for this dog – he now thinks it may be a GUND, but he’s not sure.
I’m looking for a windup dog about 10 inches long that I have had since 1987. It has a white body with brown ears. I have always thought it was a dog, it but might be a rabbit. Everything had a soft fur like covering, but most of it is gone. The “fur” was attached to a different type of fabric. The fur was not long – just enough to cover. I am not sure of the music it played. I do know it didn’t move. It has always laid down like in the picture. It used to have little black eyes that looked like rocks. We bought it new from a store my mom said.
I have owned it since I was born. I have always looked for another but never could find anything, since I don’t know who made it. I used to have two when I was born, but one is long gone. I would love to have another one just to give to my kids – 3 if I could find that many. It’s just really important to me. I’m 24 and not ashamed to admit about my childhood toy that I still have.
I would like to find out more information about it. If you guys can help, that would be great! Any info at all.

that is close but its windup was in the very middle of its back and did not have any eyebrows as i recall. Im really thinking that the company is gund that made it. thank you fro your help everyone!
