FOUND – CIVIL WAR Merry Makers UNION SOLDIER Plush DOLL
I’m trying to find the Merry Makers Civil War Union soldier doll that is around 8″ tall.
I live in FL, and I’m interested in the Civil War. My dad’s family was from PA and NY. My mom’s family was from VA. You get the idea. I found the Confederate doll last month at a museum in SC. I asked if they had the Union one, but they told me “Yankees don’t sell here,” so they don’t carry them.
Merry Makers no longer makes the dolls, so calling them didn’t help. Meanwhile, I’ve tried gift shops and museums, and I think I contacted everyone in Gettysburg, to no avail. They have a whole Confederate Army in Columbia, SC, but there’s no one for them to fight!

Check the museum, gift shop inside the Chickamauga Battlefield, also another us in Chattanooga, Tennessee and about 2 more gift shops within the city of Chickamauga. If any of these places have one, I can pick it up for you since I ive 15 miles from both cities. Sorry I am not able to tell you, but I have never been in one of those stores or museums before.
