We are DESPERATELY missing our beloved Bear Hugs. My daughter got him when she was a few weeks old and has had him her whole life (she’s 8). We left him behind by accident in a hotel room in Chicago while on vacation over Thanksgiving weekend. I’ve called the hotel lost and found many times with no luck.

“Bear Hugs” was the name given by us. His tag rubbed off long ago, so unfortunately, I don’t have a manufacturer. I recall it being a thin white tag on his bottom; definitely not a name brand like Ty or Gund. It was a brand I had never heard of. We received him as a gift when my daughter was born in late 2000.

He is wearing a t-shirt in the photo, so you can’t see that he has some small blue and pink flowers on his chest. I also attach a very fuzzy close-up of his right foot, where he has another blue and pink flower.

My husband thought that the bear was perhaps a breast cancer bear, but the only ones I’ve seen have ribbons.

I hope this is helpful — thanks for your help. He’s not replaceable, and maybe it is better to just find a new bear, but thought I’d at least try. HELP!
