Another happy reunion story:
We did it. Sophy kindly sent us Hippo, and we had a wonderful reunion. My daughter was initially in shock, but once she realized it was her Hippo she hugged and kissed him non-stop. It was the most heartwarming thing I’ve seen her do. We are all incredibly happy and now have a pet collar and ID tag around his neck :)!
I wouldn’t be surprised if Hippo was one of the quickest success stories to your credit. I think Hippo was posted less than two weeks. Thank you again!

My daughter became attached to a purple hippo given to us by a friend who had won it as a prize/give-away at Circus Circus Casino in Reno, NV (it was also a give-away at Circus Circus, Las Vegas, NV). No other stuffed animal came close to the love and attention my little girl bestowed on her hippo. She picked at his ears and tail until their tips were threadbare, usually while napping, drinking her bottle, or otherwise needing comfort. His ears were the perfect size for putting hair decorations on, and; he made the perfect head rest while looking at books, to curl around for naps and to prop her legs under. They did everything together, including eating meals. Hippo is very missed and sleeping without him is not the same.
I’ve searched endless websites and cannot find him for sale. Circus Circus discontinued carrying the hippos almost a year ago. I was able to talk to someone at the Midway who knew exactly what Hippo I was talking about, and she told me that they did not have a single one lying around anymore. The hippo’s tag, on it’s bottom, says “Circus Circus” and “made in China.” Hippo is firm (all polyester fill), lavender in color with a white tummy, has short stiff arms and legs, sits upright, black shiny eyes, and his inner ears are purple fleece.
I’m so glad your service/website exists. I’m just crossing my fingers that whomever has such a Hippo will also come across your site! We will gladly discuss payment for a matching Hippo.

Hello! I have this lavender hippo! I won it at circus circus a few years ago, and i just dug it out from the garage. I would love for it to find a more enthralling life!
I have pictures if you want to see it. The texture of mine seems more plush, but that’s probably due to love and wear on yours.
