Searching – 70’s BLOND DOLL Wearing YELLOW PJ’S & BONNET with WHITE BIB
Can anyone help us replace a lost treasure? We don’t know the brand of this 70’s doll, but it’s an all plush soft baby, approximately 12 inches high, with yellow pj’s & bonnet. There is white lace at the hands and around the bonnet, with a white bib and a brown bear on the bib. She has a big round face, big eyes, and yellow yarn like hair sticking out under the bonnet.
My friend is throwing her sister a 30th birthday party and wanted to locate the doll she remembers as “Sunny” to replace her old one, which she carried with her even overnight until she was 13. The doll was destroyed by the family pet after she went off to college and it upset her terribly. Her little sister would like to be able to surprise her with a replacement, and all her friends are helping to look for her.
I remembered your site and always check in just in case I can ever help someone find a replacement. Now with little ones of my own, I know just how important special loveys, dolls or stuffed animals can be.

was it musical or did it rattle?
No so far as we remember the doll was only a plush not music or rattle. But it could have been damaged prior to my friends birth. Her sister is 2 yrs. older.
