, Searching – MANHATTAN Brown Velour PLATYPUS and 80’s GANZ Bubba Googles GREEN Shaggy DUCK wearing RED SNEAKERSI am looking for a Manhattan made stuffed platypus that stands about 13 to 18 inches tall and is of a darker brown color. He has movable arms and over sized feet. The hands, bill, and feet are velour fabric.

    I saw the yellow version of this duck at local thrift store (pricey). The yellow version wears a red/white cap, same material as shoes. I’ll check who make it next time, if it’s still available. I don’t think it’s Gund.

    The shaggy duck is called a Googles by Ganz. If you do a search on ebay put a -webkinz in the search.
    I found a few, but not a green one.

    Ah, you beat me to it tami, you’re quick! I revisited the thrift store, and indeed the green duck is called Bubba. The illustration on the booklet shows him in blue fisherman type hat. 1988 Bubba Googles Ganz.
