I’m looking forward to this weekend, because we are taking our twin granddaughters to the nearest Build-a-Bear store to make a stuffed animal of their very own. This was one of their Christmas presents from us, and I’m hoping we’ve waited long enough for it to not be too crowded.

I can remember when our two girls were little, that they both had far more stuffed animals than dolls. Back then, you didn’t see teddy bears or other stuffed animals dressed up the way you do now, so I used to put doll clothes, and sometimes preemie baby clothes, on the ones we gave them at Christmas, birthdays, and Easter. My idea was ahead of its time … I coulda been a millionaire :)!
