My nine month-old had issues with separation anxiety and fear of strangers until he made friends with his blue “Doggy.” He crawls around with it, wrestles with it, and gives it hugs. Doggy was one of his first receptive words.I think it fell out of the stroller recently when I took him for a walk. We couldn’t find it anywhere, and Toys R Us has discontinued it. I tried to give him one that was similar, and he wasn’t interested. I made the mistake of calling it Doggy, and he dropped it and started looking around.
It’s an Animal Alley Baby My First Floppy Animal blue puppy. The inside of its ears and the bottom of its feet are satin, and the snout is white with a pink nose. It sits up approximately 9 inches.
I put up signs around the neighborhood with a picture and someone actually called…4 days after we lost it. So now, after this scare, we need a backup Doggy!
