WHOOOPIE!!! Even without a photo our Fabulous Finders came through and helped this family!!

I hope someone can help me. I am looking for a Carter’s blue wind-up musical plush dog that was sold at Target under the Just One Year line in 2006. It is very similar to the pull toy shown in your catalog, only this is a wind-up dog.

My son received this as a gift when he was born from an aunt who is now deceased. It was in his crib every day since he came home from the hospital and has moved to his toddler bed with him. He will NOT go to sleep without it – it even travels when we do.

However, he recently got Salmonella poisoning from the tainted peanut butter and vomited on the dog. I have tried everything to get it clean, but you can’t machine wash, soak or dry clean it, because the music box is not removable. It has an orange stain on it and still smells slightly.

I have been looking everywhere for a replacement. I contacted Target and Carter’s, but the dog is no longer made. I have tried another musical plush, but he won’t accept it – it must be this dog. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could assist.
