This is an update on Lambie–I figured out that this lamb was made by Goffa. I contacted the company and was told that he was sold at Dollar General stores and has been discontinued. On a side note, at a local store, I did find a very similar pink heart bear by Goffa if anyone needs one.

I am desperately searching for this soft plush lamb toy. He was given to my daughter when she was born in April 2004. Lambie went everywhere with us, and he decided to stay behind in the Country Inn and Suites in Orlando this past June. We called the hotel, and my daughter drew a Missing poster which we sent to the hotel, all to no avail.

She was heartbroken when we told her he was lost. The look on her face was horrendous. I have scoured Google and eBay, but no luck. Yesterday when I asked her what she was going to ask Santa for, she said she was going to ask him to bring Lambie back.

I do not remember the name on his tag, but it was an off-brand, not any famous brand toy like Russ or Gund. He was about 10 inches tall and cream/off-white with a floral design (non-colored) embossed into his short fur. He had a pink sheer chiffon ribbon sewn onto the front of, but not around, his neck and a pink string line for a mouth. I believe he was a baby-specific toy, but I’m not sure. He was soft and squishable, but not floppy. He was filled with cotton or poly, not beans. I believe his eyes were black dots, and his nose was pink embroidered, but I am not sure about those details. He was an upright seated lamb, not one with four legs hanging downward.

I really can’t explain to you how thrilled our whole family, but especially my daughter, would be if one like him could be found. Any help is sooooo appreciated.
