I’m searching for a match for my baby daughter’s lamb or sheep, but first I have to identify it. It was a hand-me-down gift and the giver doesn’t know the identity, and the label is gone.We now know that it is a LankyDoodle Lamb made by First and Main.
It is the only thing that gets her to sleep at night, and we really don’t think it will survive more than one or two more washes, if that.
The identifying characteristics of the one we are seeking are:
1. Large corduroy feet in light brown (probably dark brown once upon a time :).
2. Oval eyes, set vertically, with blue iris and large black pupil.
I’ve looked at a lot of lamb plushes lately as you can imagine – thought I had a lead when someone in a store tagged this as a Nici Jolly Mah, but that doesn’t seem right based on the images I’ve seen of various Jolly Mah plushes. They don’t have the right feet or the right eyes.
I’m really hoping the feet and the eyes are original and not the result of surgery sometime before we got it! Apart from the feet, it’s white all over (at least now it is), except for pink stitching to suggest a nose, and pink inside the ears.
Any help appreciated!
Spencer
