Joanne was able to find a different mother and baby lamb toy that plays the same song, and her daughter seems happy with it.

I’m looking for a crib toy, originally purchased about 10 years ago. It’s a stuffed mother ewe and her lamb (both white), connected by a string. The body wasn’t really floppy. It was more of a traditional sheep shape (four small legs facing downward).

When you pull them apart, it plays “Mary Had a Little Lamb” and they slowly draw together again. I’ve trolled the Internet but no luck. I don’t remember the brand. 🙁

Our first child was given the toy as a gift upon his birth. When I had a second child, I passed it down to her. When she grew, I “cleaned house” one day and gave away a lot of stuffed animals to charity. I should have kept that one, even though it was a crib toy. She’s been pining away for it and is upset with me for giving it away, so I told her I would search everywhere to see if I can find another.
