Brenda and Jennifer have both found a doll.

I’m looking for a Carter’s doll No. 49965 that has light brown piggy tails and bangs, wearing a salmonish colored dress with matching shoes. The dress has two yellow and pink flowers on it.

We bought it for her shortly after her birth a little over a year ago at the Carter’s Outlet store in Oshkosh, WI. She has since grown to love it more then anything in the world – sometimes refusing to sleep unless she has it in her arms. She sometimes walks around the house carrying it by the pigtail in her mouth just like a little puppy. We try not to take it anywhere for fear of losing it. . . It is that fear that has led to the search for another doll. We have contacted Carter’s, searched the internet and have not been able to find another.

We have a very similar doll (but with blond hair and a rattle) and she has not taken to it 🙁
