I’m looking for a floppy lying down cream lamb, or it might have been beige colored. The face and hooves were almost the same color, maybe a bit darker. It was about the size of a forearm, counting your hand. And I know for sure it was a Walmart Easter toy sold between 1996 and 2005, but I don’t remember the exact year.
I think it had hard eyes, and it did have a big translucent blue ribbon tied in a bow that had more opaque stripes going along the ribbon. The hooves MAY have been filled with beads, but I’m not sure. But it WAS a very SOFT lamb. Here is the link to one that is SIMILAR, but not the same, in case that helps any.
It was my FAVORITE toy growing up, and I believe it was accidentally donated. It was so flattened they must have thrown it away. I have been looking for one like it for years. All these newer toys are just not the same as that favorite toy.
Being in a Christian sorority with a Lamb as a symbol, I feel even more pressed to find it. If it weren’t for my favorite stuffed toy being a lamb, I never would have looked at their table and found my sisters. Ever since I’ve joined, not having my little sheep has made me even sadder. I’ve gotten new stuffed sheep, but it’s not the same – they aren’t floppy or cream colored or anything Baabaa was.
Thanks,
Rebecca
