FOUND – Carter’s PRESTIGE BROWN and WHITE Beanie Type TERRY DOG
I am desperately seeking a small terry cloth brown and white dog. It is about 6 inches tall, and is full of “beanie baby” like filling. It has a little blue bow on its neck. He was made by a “no name” manufacturer and purchased at TJ Maxx in Cedar Rapids in March of 2003.
My 5 year old daughter lost Rufus about 1 1/2 years ago. He was given to her the day she was born, and we really need to find him. It would make my daughter so happy if “Rufus” were to come back. We were so protective and careful of this one toy, it’s been horrible for her to not be able to find him. We never thought that almost 2 years later, she still cries for him.

Ebay 190138456220 , United kingdom. But they do international sells. We now know this is a prestige dog.

Thank you both so much! I already bought “Rufus” and am awaiting the shipping cost to bring him home. My daughter was so happy to see his picture, she broke out in tears of joy. So happy it was the right dog! We found Rufus wondering from one English countryside to another. He was getting tired, and ready to come home from his long trip.
Rufus came home on Saturday, October 5, almost 2 years after he disappeared. He hasn’t left our sight ever since. He looks so happy and rested after his long holiday. He doesn’t like tea and crumpets or fish and chips anymore, but he’s happy to be home, and we’re thrilled to have him back!
