Searching – Jelly Kitten BLUE Starry Nights COW BLANKIE
We have a mailing list of people looking for the Jelly Cat / Jelly Kitten blankies in various animals.
Hi. I think this is a wonderful site.
Our missing friend is a Jelly Kitten Comforter; Starry NIghts. We currently have the one in the photo, but he is slowly coming apart; even with the help of my sewing.
The owner and lover of the blankie has just turned 5 and runs ‘blankie’ ragged and well loved.
I married a Londoner and thus was given the Jelly Kitten comforter from a fellow Londoner via the mail. Although my son was given several potential “blankies”, he chose this one. The original was actually brown and was lost at the Minneapolis airport on our first trip to London. Kade, the owner of the blankie was about 14 months old and had loved this blankie up since he was born. Eight plus hours in flight and the first place of business when we landed was toy shops to find a replica.
We quickly relized how rare these Jelly Kitten blankies were and were only able to find the blue cow…first as just the stuffed animal and then finally as the blankie. We only had enough money at the time to buy just these two items; slightly figuring I would be able to find more in the future.
Anyhow, the blue, starry nights blankie featured in the picture holds a lot of love and we are desperatley careful with him. To find another would be nothing less than a miracle. I have pretty much been consistently looking for the past five years for a mate in any condition!
Thank you so much for any help.
