I’m looking for the large AMTOY pink baby doll with the dial in the tummy. It says Peek a Boo on the bib.

It was the only object that I was attached to as a child. When my parents divorced, I was 14, and things were very hectic. There was a lot of moving and traveling between my two parents. Somewhere in the middle of everything, my doll got left in a box, and I never saw it again.

I am now 23, and I sometimes get a guilty feeling, because I somehow lost the doll. The other night, I was watching TV, and for some reason I started thinking of the baby doll. I told the story to my boyfriend, and I started to tear up, because I wished that I still had it. I went online and searched for baby dolls from the 80’s and I couldn’t believe it when I saw the pictures of the baby doll that I used to adore.

I just graduated from college, and I will soon be starting a family of my own. I would love to someday give my daughter the baby doll that I was so attached to as a child. Also, I want the doll for myself, because it reminds me of my childhood. I don’t know why it bothers me so much that I don’t have it, but it does.
