My daughter just returned to college and left behind a bag containing her favorite childhood toy. I sent it to her by FedEx and they LOST the bag!! We are heartbroken.

I am looking to replace a Gund stuffed penquin that squeaks when shaken. It was from 1989 and was called “Be Bop”. Ours was pink and white with a yellow beak,but it came in other colors.

Can you help? We are furious with Fedex, and I’m convinced the bag was stolen. Thank you!
