I’m looking for a large shaggy chenille beige puppy dog head, arms, and body on one end of a rectangular blankie. The bottom and tail and legs are on the other end. It has brown ears, nose, feet, and tail and a cream satin binding.

Through an international move, through fourteen airports, through six countries – Falcor has been our daughter Chiara’s constant companion. She may have played with other toys, but when naptime or bedtime came, she would always reach for Falcor.

We lost Falcor in a fifty-foot distance (between the terminal foyer and the taxi) at Heathrow on Saturday night. I went back and searched, but there was no trace.

Chiara has cried herself to sleep each naptime and bedtime since.
