I’m looking for a Playskool water pet No. 412. It’s a red and yellow dog with a duck on it’s blue swimsuit.

My grandmother gave me the same exact one when I was about 2 years old. Since it was a water pet, I took him everywhere – the bath, the park, the car, and I couldn’t sleep without him.

My grandmother passed away when I was 8 years old, and seeing as though she was the one who have him to me, I never let him go. Until one day when my older sister was cleaning our room, separating garbage into one bag, and all off our stuffed animals into another. Unfortunately, the bag of stuffed animals was accidentally thrown away, and by the time it was noticed, it was too late. I was so devastated!! He was not only a simple stuffed animal. He was my best friend.

I feel like a piece of my childhood had been missing after all these years. I am now 20 years old, and still to this day, it brings tears to my eyes to tell this story.

Can you please help me find one?!?! It would mean a lot to me.
