FOUND – TY PATCHES BEIGE & BROWN Beanie Buddy? DOG
Thanks to one of our Fabulous Finders, we now know for sure that this is a TY Patches dog.
Please help me find a beige and brown TY beanie dog… I can’t remember his name, but I’m so desperate to replace my son’s favourite toy that was left on a train to London and never found….
I have since purchased both Perkins and Scraps, both TY beanie dogs, in the hope that one of them would be the same as my son’s dog. Perkins was the right size, which leads me to believe my son’s dog was a TY Beanie Buddy, but not the right toy. My son’s toy is not as furry as Perkins. His dog had shorter hair and was not quite so plump!
Scraps looks like the same kind (or breed) of dog that I’m looking for, but he’s much too big…. However his colouring and positioning of patches is very similar to the toy I’m looking for….
I know this is a long shot, but if someone could maybe just give me some ideas as to what the TY beanie I’m looking for is called, or even where to find a listing of every TY beanie dog ever made (with pictures) I would be so grateful…..

i have a patches, and ive been tryin to find him on all the beanie babies, and buddies websites and i cant. does anyone knwo the year he came out, and the year he retired? i wanna say i was like 7 when i got him, im now 17. but i know it wasnt 99 when he came out because my parents went on a cruise in '97 and thats when they got him for me at the airport lol
I just want to thank you for helping me, patches is definately the dog i am looking for and although I have been unable to purchase him as yet I am constantly on the look out for one, in fact I am just waiting to here back from an ebay user in USA to see if they would ship internationally….. really excited and have my fingers crossed!!!

Good luck to you, I hope you are able to purchase one for your son. I've had my Patches for over ten years now, and I would sure be sad to lose him!
I have this same dog his names patches and in the same shape not fluffy anymore it has been loved a lot through the years I got him in wildwood New Jersey at a taffy shop on the board walk I can still picture where he was in the shop though I haven’t been to the place again since I got him I got him 17 years ago and loved him ever since and will give it to my child if I have any someday
