I’m looking endlessly for a 12 inch (30 cm) square Pirate Pup security blanket from about 2007 from Harrods. The dog head has blue satin ears and eye patch and the corners are striped feet. It’s embroidered Pirate Pup and Harrods.

My son is devastated. He lost it a year ago, and I’ve never fully given up trying to find it. My son is completely lost without this particular blanket, and I just can’t give up on him trying. Somehow, somewhere, somebody in this world had this.

I’ve been looking for a year now, and through desperate pleas, on Twitter, Facebook, Gumtree, and even the radio, it seems this particular item has vanished. If you can help me please get in touch 🙁
